• No minimum booking amount to avail the wallet amount
• In case of refund (arising out of cancellation or reschedule) for bookings which use the promo wallet, the wallet amount will be deducted from the total refund due
• Participants are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis. Any person availing this benefit shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
• The wallet money is not available to be redeemed for customers coming through skyscanner or other meta platforms
• The wallet money is not available to be redeemed for customers on bus bookings
• The wallet money can only be redeemed against the convenience fee charged on the platform.
• Cleartrip, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify You from the benefits of this Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer. In case of disqualification, any bookings made under the program will be canceled and standard cancellation charges will apply.
• Only bookings made through the affiliate link on the app will be considered for rewards under this program.
• Cleartrip reserves the right to take any administrative and / or legal action including but not limited to termination of Your eligibility for the Offer or terminate Your User account, or the accounts of Referred Customers, if You are found:
• Opening multiple accounts with different email addresses, for the same person/yourself in order to generate additional Rewards;
• Sending invites to people using spam, display advertising, sponsored links, unsolicited e-mails, or links on message boards or forums;
• Attempting to take/taking unfair advantage of the Offer;
• Using false names, impersonating other people, or otherwise providing false or misleading information to Us;
• Offering incentives to people who do not have existing accounts with Cleartrip to register with Cleartrip;
• Violating any terms of this Policy or any other terms and conditions on Cleartrip, including but not limited to Reward Terms in any way; or
• Participating in the Offer in contravention with any applicable law or regulations.
• The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Cleartrip. Cleartrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to a force majeure event.
• All decisions pertaining to this Offer are at the sole discretion of Cleartrip.
• Cleartrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/ modify/changes or vary these terms and conditions including but not limited to changing the amount of rewards, modifying how You may earn and spend rewards earned, modifying the duration and expiration of rewards, minimum purchase amounts for use of rewards, maximum amount of rewards that You may earn, or to replace, wholly or in apart, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether at any time without prior notice:
• Cleartrip shall not be responsible for any products purchased using the Rewards. This will strictly be the respective Seller’s responsibility.
• You hereby agree and understand that in order to participate in the Offer, You may be required to submit personal information, about You and the Customers you refer, such as name, mobile number and email address. You further agree to receive communications from us with regard to your participation in the Offer. Any information collected from You or the Referred Customers as part of the Offer shall be subject to Cleartrip’s Privacy Policy.
• Cleartrip shall not be responsible for any inaccuracy of information submitted by you.
• Cleartrip is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bangalore will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes in relation to Cleartrip.
• Cleartrip or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with the customer’s own act of omission or commission.
• In no event shall the entire liability of Cleartrip these terms and offer exceed INR 100 per user account. Cleartrip shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
• The benefit of this program is not transferable and not exchangeable.
• Cleartrip shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Offer.
• You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Cleartrip harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Cleartrip as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer running on Cleartrip nor is it applicable on bookings with deal code/ discounts/ bank offers etc at Cleartrip.
• Cleartrip is only an intermediary. The underlying airline tickets are subject to availability with the airline service provider.
• These terms and conditions are in addition to Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, to which you agree by using Cleartrip and the referral program. To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail with respect to this referral program only.
• This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000.
