Yes, ClearChoice is a paid service. Cleartrip charges a small part of your base fare to secure your trip with ClearChoice Max. This fee is non-refundable unless the bus operator cancels the service.
Terms & Conditions
- This benefit is for selected bus bookings made on Cleartrip’s app/website/mweb during the period of 22 December 2023 to 31 December 2024.
- A claim request will be automatically raised if the customer cancels the bus booking 6 hours before the scheduled pick-up time on the date of the journey.
- The refund will be entirely at Cleartrip’s discretion and will be processed post-validation and verification.
- Cleartrip reserves the right, at any time, to add/alter/modify/change or vary these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part and to withdraw ClearChoice Max at any time in its sole discretion without prior notice and liability.
- Cleartrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to a force majeure event.
- Cleartrip is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bangalore will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes in relation to Cleartrip.
- Cleartrip or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with the customer’s own act of omission or commission.
- In no event shall the entire liability of Cleartrip these terms and offer exceed the booking amount paid by the Customer for the transaction under dispute. Cleartrip shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
- The ClearChoice Max Offer is completely optional and is chosen by the customer of his/her own volition. Any person availing this benefit shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
- In the event of any misuse or abuse of this offer, Cleartrip reserves the right to deny the benefit offered.
- This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer running on Cleartrip nor is it applicable on bookings with deal code/ discounts/ bank offers etc at Cleartrip.
- Bus seats are subject to availability.
- These terms and conditions are in addition to Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, to which you agree by using Cleartrip, and also in addition to the conditions applicable to the booking of bus tickets agreed by you at the time of making the booking. To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail with respect to ClearChoice Max only.
