In order to be eligible for this offer, the user will need to register and submit their responses. The most innovative responses would be shortlisted and would be announced as winners. This offer is applicable if one out of two travellers is a senior citizen.

What is the travel date window for free flight tickets?
Cleartrip will finalize the travel dates and convey it to the customer. The travelling window will be within 60 days from the date & time of the winner being announced.

If you’ve been declared as a winner, then you will get two round-trip economy flight tickets to Ayodhya absolutely free with a condition that one of the travellers is a senior citizen.

What is the cancellation/ amendment policy on the free round-trip flights?
Once the tickets are confirmed, the free flight tickets would be completely non-refundable & non-amendable.

What if my flight is cancelled by the airline?
You may call us on +91-9595333333 and we will be happy to accommodate you on the next available flight as per the airline’s policy. No refund would be given in this case.

Can I get a free ticket on a connecting flight if there’s no direct flights from my city / origin airport?
No, the free flight tickets would be offered only from cities where there are direct flights to Ayodhya.

What are the other things which need to be taken care of while availing this free ticket?
The name of the winner should mandatorily match with either one of the travellers on the filled form.
One of the travellers should be a senior citizen. There’s no restriction on the passenger category for the second traveller
Travellers would be responsible to carry the necessary travel documents to board the flights. In case of any rejection, the same shall not be a responsibility of Cleartrip.

Can some other passengers travel on this free ticket?
The name of the winner should mandatorily match with either one of the travellers on the filled form.
Ticket(s) are non-transferable and can be utilised only by the announced winner & one additional traveller (one of the travellers should be a senior citizen)

Will I be stopped from boarding the flight / asked to pay additional charges if I’ve not been identified as a senior citizen at the time of boarding / check-in?
In the event of not being able to prove the identity of a senior citizen, the airline may deny boarding or would ask to pay an additional amount. Cleartrip shall not be liable for any rejection or additional expenses paid by the customer.

What is the process of claiming the free ticket to Ayodhya?
Once the winners are declared by Cleartrip, we will proactively call the winners and inform them about the next steps.

When will the winners be announced?
Winners will be announced and reached out to by Cleartrip via phone call on 10th February 2024.
