How to use the offer

●     Download the Cleartrip App and Login on the Home Page with the same phone number that has the Flipkart VIP membership
●      If you are a new to Cleartrip sign up on Cleartrip App with the same phone number as a Flipkart VIP membership
●      Search for the flight which you want to book before moving to the Itinerary page
●      On the itinerary page, the default selection will be standard fare which should be changed to CT FlexMax Fare (where CT FlexMax fee would be discounted to  Re 1) before proceeding to the payment page in order to avail FlexMax Benefits. It will not be auto selected for the customer.

What other conditions should apply to avail the offer?

●      Download the Cleartrip App and Login on the Home Page with the same phone number that has the Flipkart VIP membership
●      If you are a new to Cleartrip sign up on Cleartrip App with the same phone number as a Flipkart VIP membership
●      Search for the flight which you want to book before moving to the Itinerary page

 What is the coupon code to be used for availing the discount?

There’s no coupon code to avail this offer. The customer would have to login on Cleartrip App with the same phone number that has the Flipkart VIP membership

 Can I club the offer with any other offers on Cleartrip?

Yes, the customer can avail the other bank/coupon code offers along with the CT FlexMax fare

 Can I get this benefit if I miss choosing the correct Fare before making the booking?

The customer has to select the CT FlexMax Fare (where CT FlexMax fee would be discounted to Re 1) order to avail the CT FlexMax Benefits while making the booking. Cleartrip or Flipkart will not be able to enable CT FlexMax Benefits for the customers at discounted rate after the booking has been made. Customers can utilize the benefits for their future bookings before the offer period ends.

How do I get the benefit if my booking or payment fails?

In case you dropped off the payment page or the payment or booking failed, please wait for 60 minutes before trying to make the booking again to get this benefit enabled for your account.

 What is the delay ?

It takes 10 seconds for your account to be enabled for the above benefit if you create a new account on Cleartrip App using your Flipkart VIP phone number.

How many days can I reschedule my flight ?

You can advance your travel upto unlimited days and postpone upto 90 days from the date of amendment.

What is CT FlexMax?

CT FlexMax offers free cancel or reschedule on all domestic flight bookings. This includes one time cancellation or free date/airline change

You can cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before flight departure

For cancellation – Get the entire refund amount excluding the convenience fee

For reschedule – Pay just the fare difference

Note: CT FlexMax benefits can be taken just once per pax per journey for either canceling or rescheduling the flight.

How will CT FlexMax work if multiple passengers are traveling under the same Trip ID?

In this case, each traveler is individually eligible for a one-time free cancellation or rescheduling request for date and airline change. The changes can be made for all travelers together, or each one individually

If I have booked a round trip, can I cancel or reschedule both the onward and return flights?

Yes, CT FlexMax allows you to cancel or reschedule tickets for both your onward and return journey together; in one request as well as separately.

 Will I be required to pay an extra amount if I reschedule my trip?

With CT FlexMax, you will not be required to pay an extra amount for rescheduling. However, fare difference (if any) will apply.

What happens if the airline cancels my flight?

In this case,you will be refunded premium and airline fare. After intimation from the airlines about the cancellation, you may initiate the ticket cancellation process on Cleartrip.

●   Offer will be restricted to be used only once per user during the offer period (irrespective of how many loyalty programs the user is part of that extend this benefit)

●   About– CT FlexMax allows you to cancel your trip and protect your flight fare refund in case of ticket cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. This is only applicable for domestic flights. CT FlexMax benefits the customers by minimizing their loss due to ticket cancellation charges levied by the airline carrier. CT FlexMax is not applicable to cancellation of amended flights, only if the amendment has been done by the customer.

●   This offer is solely meant for end-customers who make the bookings through the Cleartrip Mobile Application. This offer is not meant for travel agents booking for their customers.

●   In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, Cleartrip reserves the right to deny the offer and/or cancel the booking

●   Once the CT FlexMax product is purchased by the customer, the same shall be reflected in the invoice that we send to the customer to indicate the completion of the purchase of CT FlexMax.

●   To realize the CT FlexMax product benefit, the customer has to cancel the booking on the Cleartrip website or mobile application after which Cleartrip will get in touch with the customer. The cancellation should be done by the customer at least 24 hours before the departure time of the flight. Upon successful cancellation, the refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 8 to 10 calendar days, from the date of booking cancellation.

●   CT FlexMax refund shall include

•   Base fare, including the taxes of the flight ticket.
•   Convenience fee charged by Cleartrip.
•   Any additional amount paid for additional baggage or seat/meal. Cleartrip shall also not charge any cancellation charges for bookings made using CT FlexMax.

●   For any rescheduling of the flight by the airline, if the cancellation of such rescheduled flight is done at least 24 hours prior to the original flight departure time, the CT FlexMax benefit shall be applicable.

●   CT FlexMax benefit does not includes the following amount:

• Any discount availed at the time of booking or any cash-back that is processed after the booking is complete.
•  The CT FlexMax fare paid at the time of booking the ticket.
• Any other additional ancillary travel product such as insurance, baggage loss security, etc., that is purchased from the Cleartrip booking platform at the time of booking.

●   CT FlexMax benefit shall not be paid out only during the following scenarios:

• If the cancellation, for any reason whatsoever, is done less than 24 hours before the departure time.
• If the booking in question has been amended/rescheduled by the customer.

●   Cancellation in the case of a round trip – Under CT FlexMax, the customer can get flight fare refund in the following scenarios:

•   All the tickets (including onwards and return) are canceled together.
•   Partial ticket cancellation wherein, one way (onward or return) tickets are canceled.
•   Partial ticket cancellation wherein, few of the passenger tickets are canceled and other passengers continue with the flight booking.

●   Cleartrip reserves the right at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part and to remove CT FlexMax at any time in its sole discretion from its platform.

●   Cleartrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms

●   Cleartrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event

●   In no event the entire liability of Cleartrip under this offer shall exceed the booking amount that is paid by the customer

●   Cleartrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the CT FlexMax product

●   These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Bangalore will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to CT FlexMax.

●   These terms and conditions are in addition to Cleartrip.com Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, to which you agree to by using cleartrip.com and also in addition to the conditions applicable to booking of flight / airline tickets. To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail with respect to CT FlexMax only.

●   The customers are not forced in any way to avail CT FlexMax and it is purely customers’ prudent judgment to avail the CT FlexMax.

●   Any person availing CT FlexMax shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

How to use the offer?

• Download the Cleartrip App and Login with same number as Flipkart VIP membership
• Search for the city or property where you want to make a booking.
• In case of desktop, you will be able to find an additional discount line item corresponding to VIP membership by hovering over the property card. You will have to login to see the additional discount and no coupon code is needed to avail yourself of this.
• In case of PWA(mobile browser) or App, you will have to view property details and the exclusive discount component corresponding to Flipkart membership will be visible as a separate line item along with the price break up. You will have to login to see the additional discount and no coupon code is needed to avail this.
• Exclusive discount will automatically get applied on your net payable amount (Offer is valid on net booking amount minus convenience fee)
• Customers can use their preferred payment methods to make the final booking.
• This offer can be clubbed with any other bank offer or coupon code on the platform which you can do/apply on the itinerary Page.

Can I use this offer on any account?

You will have to login with your Flipkart VIP credentials to avail this offer.

What are the travel/stay dates eligible for this offer?

There is no limit on travel/stay dates for this offer. You can make a booking for any travel dates at any selected hotel*.

Can I reuse the offer before the offer validity expires if I cancel my original booking?

The offer is valid once per month per user. In case of cancellations, the user will become ineligible for future use of the offer in the same month. He will be eligible for booking for the next month before the offer validity period.

Is there any minimum booking criteria for the offer to be applicable?

There is no minimum booking criteria to avail the offer. The offer is applicable for all hotels* across geography.

Is there any limit on the number of guests for the booking or minimum number of adults?

There is no limit on the number of guests for this booking.

What is the coupon code to be used for availing the offer?

There is no need for a coupon code to avail the offer. The user will have to login to Cleartrip with his Flipkart VIP membership credential to be eligible for the offer.

Is the offer applicable on all Transactions?

This offer is applicable on all banks (Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking, UPI and Wallet) transactions on Cleartrip Hotels.

What happens if I cancel my trip?

In case you cancel the transaction (in part or full), appropriate offer availed for the said transaction will be deducted from the refund

amount.

• Offer can be used only once per user per month during the offer period.
• Travel dates to avail this Offer are completely open
• To avail the offer, simply login to your Cleartrip account with Flipkart VIP membership credentials before making the payment with your debit/credit card, net banking, UPI, and wallets and the offer amount shall be deducted from the amount payable by you
