How to use the offer

• Download the Cleartrip App and Login on the Home Page with the same phone number that has the Myntra Icon Insider membership
• Search for the flight which you want to book before moving to the Itinerary page
• On the itinerary page, the default selection will be standard fare which should be changed to Clearchoice Plus Fare (Clearchoice Plus fee will be discounted to Rs.1) before proceeding to the payment page in order to avail Clearchoice Plus Benefits
• Customer can use their preferred payment methods to make the booking
• Other Bank/Coupon code offers will be applicable over and above this as per the Terms and Conditions of those coupon codes

What other conditions should apply to avail the offer?

• This offer is applicable for Myntra Icon Insiders only
• Post selecting the flights, the default fare selection would be a standard fare. The customer has to select the Clearchoice Plus Fare (Clearchoice Plus fee will be discounted to Re. 1) in order to avail the Clearchoice Plus  Benefits
• Offer will be restricted to be used only once per user during the offer period (irrespective of how many loyalty programs the user is part of that extend this benefit)

• About – Clearchoice Plus allows you to change your flight for the same destination by only paying for the fare difference between the flights and not having to incur the amendment and convenience fees that accompany it. Clearchoice Plus  is not applicable in the event of flight cancellation.
• The convenience fee and amendment fee will have to be initially paid by the customer. Upon booking of the rescheduled flight and receipt of confirmed payment by Cleartrip, our insurance partner Digit will reach out to the customer via email with the details of the refund.
• Refund Calculation: The total amount refunded to the customer comprises: amendment fee + Cleartrip’s convenience fee and is subject to a maximum cap of ₹3,550/- (Rupees Three Thousand Four Hundred and Fifty Only). For booking where the rescheduled flight fare is lower than the amendment fee, the refund to the customer comprises: booking fare + Cleartrip’s convenience fee.
• Difference between original flight fare and rescheduled flight fare: (i) When the rescheduled flight fare is lower than the original flight fare, the customer will be refunded the amount paid by the customer subject to a maximum of ₹3,550/- (Rupees Three Thousand Four Hundred and Fifty Only); and (ii) When the rescheduled flight fare is higher than the original flight fare, then the customer shall be refunded the amendment fee + the Cleartrip convenience fee subject to a maximum of ₹ 3,550/- (Rupees Three Thousand Four Hundred and Fifty Only).
• Period of rescheduling: Unless specified otherwise by the airline fare rules, Clearchoice Plus allows you to make changes as late as up to 12 hours except for Air India* & Vistara* ( as late as up-to 24 hours ) before the original departure time. Clearchoice Plus allows the customer to advance the travel up to 10 days prior to the original departure date and up to 60 days post the original departure date.
• Multiple rescheduling for single passenger: Clearchoice Plus is applicable only for a one-time rescheduling request i.e., once per flight only. Multiple changes shall be treated as standard fare bookings and amendment fee and Cleartrip convenience fee will be applicable.
  • Rescheduling for multiple passengers: Tickets purchased using Clearchoice Plus for multiple passengers can be changed as per the convenience of the customer. Changes for all passengers can be made at once or each passenger per flight. Changes for just 1 of the multiple passengers can also be made.
  • Clearchoice Plus allows changes for round trip journeys as well, either in one request or separate requests, as per the convenience of the customer.
• Clearchoice Plus fare once paid is non-refundable. Thus, once a flight booked with Clearchoice Plus is cancelled, the Clearchoice Plus fare paid by the customer shall not be refunded. The airline fare amount will be refunded as per the respective airline policy.
• Cleartrip reserves the right at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part and to withdraw Clearchoice Plus at any time in its sole discretion.

• Cleartrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms
• Cleartrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, Cleartrip reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking
• In no event the entire liability of Cleartrip under this offer shall exceed the booking amount
• Cleartrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Bangalore will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to Clearchoice Plus.
• Clearchoice Plus is valid per ticket booked by customer 1 ticket/ segment.
• In case you cancel the transaction (in part or full) the entire amount paid for Clearchoice Plus will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Clearchoice Plus is valid on any Domestic flight originating from India available on www.cleartrip.com
• In case, you cancel your booking the entire Clearchoice Plus fare will be forfeited
• These terms and conditions are in addition to Cleartrip.com Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, to which you agree to by using cleartrip.com and also in addition to the conditions applicable to booking of flight / airline tickets. To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail with respect to Clearchoice Plus only.
• Any dispute brought by the customer in relation to Clearchoice Plus or any claim related thereto will be resolved inter se between the customer(s) and Digit in accordance with the applicable terms, Cleartrip will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between them.
• By purchasing Clearchoice Plus, every customer expressly agrees that neither Cleartrip nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with Clearchoice Plus that arises from such customer’s own act of omission or commission.
• The customers are not forced in any way to avail Clearchoice Plus and it is purely customers prudent judgment to avail the Clearchoice Plus.
• Any person availing Clearchoice Plus shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

What is the offer and duration of the offer?

• The discounted fare will be visible to the customer on the search results page after logging in with the same phone number as their insider account
• The offer can be clubbed with any other bank offer or coupon code on the platform.
• The offer is applicable once a month per customer
• Offer is live from 7th October 2023 on Cleartrip platform

How to use the offer?

• Download the Cleartrip App and Login with Myntra icon/Elite account
• Search for the city or property where you want to make a booking.
• In case of desktop, you will be able to find an additional discount line item corresponding to Myntra Icon/Elite membership by hovering over the property card. You will have to login to see the additional discount and no coupon code is needed to avail yourself of this.
• In case of PWA(mobile browser) or App, you will have to view property details and the exclusive discount component corresponding to Myntra Icon membership will be visible as a separate line item along with the price break up. You will have to login to see the additional discount and no coupon code is needed to avail this.
• Exclusive discount will automatically get applied on your net payable amount (Offer is valid on net booking amount minus convenience fee)
• Customers can use their preferred payment methods to make the final booking.
• This offer can be clubbed with any other bank offer or coupon code on the platform which you can do/apply on the itinerary Page.

Can I use this offer on any account?
You will have to login with your Myntra Icon/Elite account credentials to avail this offer.

What are the travel/stay dates eligible for this offer?
There is no limit on travel/stay dates for this offer. You can make a booking for any travel dates at any selected hotel.

Can I reuse the offer before the offer validity expires if I cancel my original booking?
The offer is valid once per month per user. In case of cancellations, the user will become ineligible for future use of the offer in the same month. He will be eligible for booking for the next month before the offer validity period.

Is there any minimum booking criteria for the offer to be applicable?
There is no minimum booking criteria to avail the offer. The offer is applicable for all hotels across geography.

Is there any limit on the number of guests for the booking or minimum number of adults?
There is no limit on the number of guests for this booking.

What is the coupon code to be used for availing the offer?
There is no need for a coupon code to avail the offer. The user will have to login to Cleartrip with his Myntra Icon Account credential to be eligible for the offer.

Is the offer applicable on all Transactions?
This offer is applicable on all banks (Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking, UPI and Wallet) transactions on Cleartrip Hotels.

How many times can this offer be availed?

What happens if I cancel my trip?
In case you cancel the transaction (in part or full), appropriate offer availed for the said transaction will be deducted from the refund
