How does SuperCoins work on Cleartrip?

Customers who have Flipkart SuperCoins can use their coins to get additional discounts. Customers also earn new/additional SuperCoins with flight and hotel bookings.

How do I get an additional discount using SuperCoins on Cleartrip?

It’s easy. You can get an additional discount using your existing SuperCoins on the itinerary screen. All you need is sign-up on Cleartrip with your Flipkart registered mobile number and be logged in while on the itinerary screen. We will fetch your SuperCoins balance which you can then redeem on your booking to get the additional discount. That’s it!
Note: SuperCoins discount does not apply to seat selection, meal purchases, baggage fees while booking a flight and convenience charges.

How many SuperCoins can I use at a time and what is the value of 1 SuperCoin?

You can utilize your SuperCoins balance up to a specific value corresponding to your flight to hotel booking.
Domestic flights: Up to 5% of the gross fare (base + tax), capped at 250 SuperCoins per booking.
International flights: Up to 3% of the gross fare (base + tax), capped at 500 SuperCoins per booking.
Hotel bookings: Up to 10% of the best available rate (base room rate + tax + property discount), capped at 250 SuperCoins per booking.

Note: Every SuperCoin is worth ₹1.
Can I choose the number of SuperCoins I want to use?

Sorry! As of now there is no option for customers to choose the number of SuperCoins they want to use. You will find the number of redeemable SuperCoins for each booking on the itinerary page when you make your reservation. The redeemable SuperCoins are determined based on the gross fare, which includes the base fare and taxes.

How do I earn additional SuperCoins on Cleartrip?

You simply need to sign-up on Cleartrip with your Flipkart registered mobile number and be logged in while on the itinerary screen.

How many SuperCoins can I earn when I make a flight or hotel booking on Cleartrip?

The number of SuperCoins you earn depends on the amount you are paying to book the flight or the hotel. The exact number of Coins earned will be displayed on the payments page before you make the booking. For both flight and hotel bookings, you earn 2 SuperCoins for every ₹100 spent, with a maximum limit of 100 SuperCoins per booking for flights & hotels.

When will I get my newly-earned SuperCoins?

The Coins will be added to your SuperCoin balance once the booking is confirmed. You can use them only after that particular trip is complete, i.e once you have taken the last flight of the booking or checked out of the hotel.

Can I earn SuperCoins if my SuperCoin balance is 0?

Yes absolutely. As long as you are logged in with your Flipkart registered phone number while making the flight or hotel booking, you will earn SuperCoins. The exact number of Coins earned will be displayed on the payments page before you make the booking.

I don’t have a SuperCoins account. How do I sign up?

SuperCoins account is always linked to your Flipkart account. When you sign up for Flipkart your SuperCoin account is automatically created.

What happens if I cancel my flight or hotel booking?

Not a problem. We will refund the booking amount (after deducting airline or hotel cancellation fees) to the original payment source (credit card, debit card, mobile wallet etc). The cancellation fee will be first adjusted against the SuperCoins used at the time of booking.
If the cancellation fee exceeds the value of the coins used, the remaining amount will be adjusted against the original payment source.
If the cancellation fee is less than the value of the coins used, the remaining coins will be credited to your SuperCoin balance
