- Domestic flight bookings can only be made on Cleartrip.com and Cleartrip Mobile application (“Cleartrip Platform”).
- Make sure to use the Coupon code CTVIP, CTLOUNGE & CTCLUB or as per your card eligibility.
- The benefits under this offer will be provided on a per-passenger basis for each booking. For example, if a booking is made for six passengers, all six would be individually eligible for the benefits under this offer.
- Customers must not use the Card to purchase anything to resell for commercial or business purpose, or to derive any financial gains by way of availing the benefits under this offer. Axis Bank and Cleartrip reserve the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, Cleartrip shall not refund the booking amount
- The minimum transaction value should be more than Rs. 4,000 per passenger.
- This offer is valid only for One-way and Round trip bookings.
- This offer is applicable only to Domestic Flights.
- Offer not valid for IVR/Phone transactions made with Cleartrip Customer Care.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other cashback/Instant Discount offers available on the Cleartrip platform.
- The offer is valid per passenger. If the customer books for more than 1 passenger or ticket, the customer will still receive the benefit on a per-passenger basis only.
- If the customer has availed Clearchoice Max, and in case the customer cancels the transaction (full or partial), the entire benefit availed for the Seats, meals & Convenience fee along with full ticket price (including taxes) will be refunded back to customer.
- Offer is not applicable on payments made through Cleartrip promotional Wallet, 3rd party wallets, PayPal, debit cards, EMI, Pay later, and net banking.
- Valid only for Adult & Child bookings. Not valid for Infants (Age<2 years).
- The Clearchoice Max option is available for bookings up to 90 days in advance.
- The offer is only valid on the eligible BINs shared by Axis Bank. If the BIN series of the card does not match the one provided by Axis Bank to Cleartrip, then the cardholder will need to approach Axis Bank, and Cleartrip shall be entitled to withhold or deny the offer to the customer.
- Cleartrip & Axis Bank reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability, and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
- Cleartrip & Axis Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure events.
- In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, Cleartrip & Axis Bank reserve the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
- The total aggregate liability of Cleartrip & Axis Bank shall not exceed the transactional value of the booking under dispute.
- Cleartrip & Axis Bank shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
- Customers who are travel agents by occupation are barred from making bookings for their customers, and Cleartrip reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, Cleartrip shall not refund the booking amount.
